Andrew devises and delivers engaging, interactive development programmes individually and as a preferred associate of several consultancy organisations including Impromptu, Dramatic Solutions, ted Learning, Cirrus and Mercer Leadership Development. These consultancies contract my services to blue chip companies, several of whom ask for me personally.

Key Achievements:


Best To Lead: Through facilitating interactions with a variety of senior managers and stakeholders on a 9 day international leadership programme for Royal Bank of Scotland, delegates improved their ability to lead their teams and make strategic choices.


Consultative Selling: I facilitated group learning and played challenging and demographically-different customers. This enabled the sales force of British Gas to capitalise on every point of the customer buying journey and create the desire to buy, whilst building brand credibility.

Collaboration For Success: For Wolters Kluwer Health I developed and delivered an impactful programme that enabled delegates to embed organisational values in every stage of the customer experience and internal stakeholder management. This created a more productive, flexible and empowered workforce.


Managing Conflict: With Triumph I delivered and devised a behaviourally-based programme which transformed delegates abilities to proactively deal with conflict. As a result of being stretched out of their comfort zone and learning to manage their own behaviours, delegates were able to move their direct reports from mere compliance to genuine commitment.


Coaching For Performance: For groups of departmental leaders in Barclays. I played a series of individuals and facilitated group learning. The result was that leaders were able to effectively coach their direct reports in order to drive cultural change and productivity. Leaders also developed skills in managing upwards, using coaching techniques to influence business decisions.
